I was born in the Mojave Desert of Southern California, We later we moved to the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas.
I had the wonderful opportunity to live as a student in Italy for 5 years and travel throughout Europe. One of my favorite places was Norway (photo on this page is taken at a very famous spot overlooking a Norwegian Fjord. The precipice is named Preikestolen). That country is absolutely gorgeous. Of course I was there during the best months of the year, May - June. I wouldn't be able to bear the dark winter months! If you know what I mean.
I also enjoyed my trips to Holland, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany and France.
When I returned to the States, I settled in Eugene, Oregon where I met my husband. I tried going to the other side of the world to find him...only to return to the states where he was living the whole time. : )
Currently we live in Eugene, home of the University of Oregon Ducks. I bike a total of 6 miles a day along the beautiful Willamette River to get to work. I've been working at Real Pro Systems for almost 4 years. And I've loved every minute of it. I work with a wonderful team of talented people that make work seem like fun.
